Fixed an issue where your characters could lose bank expansions you purchased, including the items in these slots.
Note: This will not return any items or slots lost prior to this fix. If your character was affected, please contact Customer Support.
Addressed an issue with guild invites that could cause latency with social systems such as guild chat, player-to-player chat, and long loading times.

I don't get it. I am affected by this bug, but I do not understand what should I do:
- should I wait another 2-3 weeks until ZOS will return lost slots?
- should I just go ahead and re-purchase slots and ZOS will reimburse gold I spent purchasing lost ones?
- should I do something else?

Changed the functionality of auto-stacking in guild banks. You will now have to stack items in your inventory before placing them in the guild bank.

And again - I don't get it. Why change it?
For example, there are some new members of the guild do not have permissions to retrieve items, but they can deposit those items. How they suppose to stack them?
I can see at list 2 major problems this patch brings:
- increased traffic (withdraw items for stacking and then deposit)
- clogging bank with similar items (food, drinks, crafting materials)

I am not waiting for ZOS to return lost slots, will just buy more and move on.

The guild bank had a bug/exploit that people were using to duplicate items, and I am guessing that changing the autostack is part of the fix.

1. As far as the bank slots bug, this is the same that they've been telling us all along. Talk to CS now that they've fixed the bug. YMMVAHL (Your Mileage May Vary A Whole Lot)
2. They changed stacking presumably as a way to prevent a known exploit by preventing automatic stack merges to the guild bank. An imaginative solution that will make guild banks fill up with little stacks and create a maintenance headache for guild officers, at the very least.

On the other hand, I would like to see an explanation how the new stacking implementation is supposed to work. There is no "stack items" function, only a "split stack" function. Does this mean that there is one now? There has always been auto-stacking in the personal bank. Does this mean that it's been turned off?

This patch note raises more questions than it answers.

Best bet if you don't get an answer after this push, is to purchase the slots again and submit that amount for recovery if you haven't already. Paul said not to purchase additional slots until things were fixed, so I assume that would be this patch.

The guild bank has never auto-stacked for me, so this 'patch' does nothing. The year is 2014 and they cannot figure out how to make a bank auto-stack, even though there are 15 other MMORPGs where it is not an issue. I am a Zenimax supporter and defender, but this simple functionality (or lack thereof) leaves me perplexed.

You can stack them via drag&drop, still no autostack sucks..
