Weapon Visual Effect Bug

I made a video about my problem.

As everyone can see, I have an enchanted weapon and its visual effect is visible in both camera mode (first person and third person).
Enchantment energy bar is still in half, so I can still use the weapon with the enchantment effect for a while.
Now, after fighting with the monsters and used my skills, the visual effect of the enchantment suddenly disappears in the first person camera for unknown reason.
When I keep my weapon back, the visual effect of enchantment will back again, but not for long, because if I use any new skill, the effect of enchantment will disappear.
And, I don't know why (my configuration is HIGH), when I change to 1 person camera, I can't see my weapons effects neither (molten weapon, enchanted sword, nothing happens visually)... I think this is a bug from game.
