Trying enter some instance won't work

I was doing a quest in Reapers march and the quest is called "Grimmer still" and when I try enter the instance I get kicked out and it display some message.

It helped to relog but just wanna bring this to people attention since other guidlmates of my had similiar problem.

You can't get in, I can't get out! The game won't let me exit Inner Sea Armature, where the 'Long Lost Lore' quest is. Every time I click to exit, it shows the exiting animation but then just drops me in another instance of the same place.

I'm getting that on other instances, such as Plague bringer, when zoning in and out I'm also now getting stuck regularly in transitioning between zones in general. here seems to be a general zone transitioning problem and its getting worse right now (since patch?).

I cant enter Malabal Tor either, just forever loading. Can login but ill be at some Orc arena which i cant exit. =(

Yes I never had that problem before until after the patch today and now inside the dungeon I had trouble entering but could enter after relog the map is all black.
Not the world map or the instance map.

Yeah, can't enter minidungeons either. Kicks me straight back to original zone. On the plus side the game doesnt crash or get stuck in loading screen.
Failed character transfer.

Relogging seems to have fixed it whatever it was.

Yep, tried to go into a public dungeon in Malabal Tor and could not get in, neither can I go to Reapers March to progress my game at all.

Same here. Seams everyone else around me can enter but I keep getting the Transfer Failed message
