I just noticed that a "good" load will result in the spinning Snake/Dragon circle on the bottom left of the screen will stutter.

While a "bad/infinite" load, the circle will run smooth. I can usually tell within seconds if I'm going to get stuck.

Same here cannot load. Even worse thing my quest gets reseted all the time because I haveto alt+f4 from the game. Something horrible that needs to be fixed asap.

Description:

I am loading from Coldharbor to Hollow City which is currently also in coldharbor.
I finish the quest where the Ayleid King opens the portal To hollow city. Then infinite loading screen.

Problem is definitely intermittent...I closed my firewall to test if it was an issue, got through the 1st couple of zone load screens but then it re-appeared when I left a solo dungeon.

Tried a different character. Similar story.

I keep getting "Location Transfer Failed" or something like that, whenever I try to zone into somewhere else, whether a door, a wayshrine or whatever.

Sometimes it will finally work if I close completely out and restart the game. Sometimes I've been put into an endless load screen. Dunno, but something is broken.

Is this your first time having a load screen issue? Yes. I restarted the launcher and am still having long loading times.
Have you manually checked for updates? Yes.

NA Server.

1. From any zone I've been to every zone I go. I maybe get to load once without stuck, but on my second zoning at most, its stuck dead.

3. No. Had thoose since beta, and after every time you claimed to fix them. BUT today its simply ridiculous. I used to have to close and restart the client every 2 hours on average, now its every 15 minutes.
4. Yes. Also repaired, defragmented the hard-drive, checked my internet, restarted my router, switched to Google DNS and disabled my firewall (for a few minutes, made no difference)

This is happening to me as well.

I'm playing on my Ebonheart Pact character, in Stonefalls(North America). I have had it happen before, but only like 2-3 times since the game launched. Now it is happening every other time I zone.

Going to and from the Harborage. Exiting/entering quest areas. I also had a "transfer attempt failed" message when trying to enter the Dres Family Crypt.

I am posting again, because it didnt fixed, the patch bugged the game even more. Bad job.. Right now I am having in my backround for up to 5 minutes a load screen, tried to move out a solo dungeon.

I have to shut down the game and relog... Anyway it worked in the second try.

This is the only time I have ever experienced this. What started it was that I was doing the quest puzzle for The Dreams of the Hist and went to logout to try and reset the puzzle, after logging out I could no longer get back in.
