Where was the English downtime announcement?

First, I KNOW Friday morning is one of the two 'scheduled' maintenance slots but ZOS have said they don't plan on always using every slot so per se being Friday doesn't mean the servers are coming down.

I knew they were because I saw the FRENCH announcement on Dev Tracker:

Where's the ENGLISH one (and German come to that)?

ZOS: you can't tell us the you may or may not use the pre-scheduled slots and then not tell us explicitly when you WILL be using them.

Taking the servers down is fine, albeit a tad annoying on a Public Holiday but given I am expecting this one includes the Bank Bug fix as you heavily hinted it would earlier in the week clearly it's critical it's fixed as soon as you have the patch ready, but PLEASE COMMUNICATE in English like you do in the other languages.

I posted a thread about this a few days ago and you totally failed to exaplin why the English CMs are so silent in comparison to the Germans in particular.

As @ZOS_TristanK clearly stated before you two posted, IT WAS NOT IN DEV TRACKER which is where ZOS say ALL NEWS will be echoed. Why would anyone bother going anywhere else when looking for the latst DEV posts?

So your issue is you didn't feel forewarned in English before the servers went down? Fair enough, I guess.

Servers are down? I'll check the server status board. Not exactly a strange thing to do.
