helping others sign up for the forums: Invitation codes?

Evening,

I have a few other players in my guild trying to sign up for the forum but can't find a valid "invitation code" that it prompts for. Thy have tried to enter their CD keys but they don't work supposedly. where would new folks that haven't played in the beta get an invitation code or where would they go to get the issue resolved?

When they created an account and provided an email they should've received an email about setting up a forum account.

I just figured this out. They need to look for an email from community@elderscrollsonline.com with an invitation code and registration link. Pretty simple search on support page provided clear answer.

Thanks. Spent far to long trying to get an answer to this. Obviously I never look at my emails that close.

As you may have guessed, there are a ton of new players in need of forum accounts this week. We're processing these invitations as quickly as we can, but it may take 24 hours for new players to get theirs. If they've waited 24 hours and still don't have an invitation, go ahead and ask them to reach out to Support: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask

Just helping others out. My email looked like this:
Subj: [Elder Scrolls Online] Your forum account has been created.
From: "The Elder Scrolls Online Forums <noreply.forums@elderscrollsonline.com>" (not community@elderscrollsonline.com as in the previous post from last year)

I got mine about 2 days after I initially signed up for my ESO account online.

Anyone who is unable to locate their forum invitation should please submit a ticket to our support team and be sure to indicate they need a forum account.
