    Trying posting something slightly less offensive to them and supplying your ticket number here, if a Dev/GM sees it they might be able to help you.

    Im in my 3rd day without being able to play and my second fresh download in as many days because the last patch corrupted a bunch of my files and my first download got stuck 90 % through. So I can feel your frustration.

    i have been level 50 for 9 days and still trapped at army of meridia. I have been told that a GM would contact me numerous times and never happened at all. I have done every trouble shooting advice out there and a full uninstall and re download of the game. They are all a bunch of lying ***

    I put in a ticket last week asking for help with a quest that vanished from my quest log, so the person emailed me back saying she was giving it to some people to take care of it. The only problem is they haven't even answered me back and she made it so it expires in 200 days. So now if i put in a ticket it says i still have one open so i can not get anymore help.

    yep welcome to the world of poor customer service. At this point the game will fail withing 6 months if they cant sort out the basic stuff

    They have said it is a known issue with that quest. That they will get a fix out when they get it solved. Ranting about your ticket not being answered when the answer is here on the forums in the sticky at the top.

    ok here is the list of things i have done
    /reload ui
    /camp
    log out and in
    abandon quest and retake
    abandon quest join a group get it shared
    deleted numerous folders and modified msconfig under zenimax instructions
    searched the formus and tried what ever else i could find
    fully uninstalled the game and re downloaded it

    all of which did nothing. I have done everything my end. Zenimax on numerous occasions said a GM would contact me in game and this hasn't happened in 9 days pathetic.

    The know issue is that the client isn't updating to the correct version. Even though you can play the game it isn't the correct version. This isn't me saying this this is straight from zenimax support. The solution they can do is put a GM in the game and push people through on a case by case basis which i was promised would occur but hasn't obviously

    well they do check the forums they have taken the swearing out so at least someone is doing their job well done ZOS_ALEXD. This is the fastest response i have had by about 3 days well done. Can you please pass on your knowledge and expertise to the rest of the zenimax staff in how efficient you are as i believe it will resolve a lot of issues.
    But he didn't address any of the actual issues just the profanity

    Wow the great teams advice at customer service wait until Tuesday for the next update by then it will be over 14 days of wasted game time and blocked content. They didn't even mention any compensation. Seriously u ppl are usless oxygen thieves. I bet I couldn't even light a match near you due to oxigen deprivation

    Yeh I know I do thoroughly enjoy the game but they have destroyed themselves. I can guarentee u all that any of the fixes on here will not work. The only true fix will cone Tuesday at the earliest when the sever is down for maontenece. This is from a phone conversation I have had with teir 2 technical support. If they just be honest and upfront there would be a lot less annoyed people and I do t see the problem with crediting people game time due to their errors. Yes it will lose revenue temporarily. But these people leaving will lose a lot more and cause the game to fail writhing 6 months when wildstar and the new wow are released

    Just received the bull *** mudcrab auto reply for the 4th time. Just goes to show that customer support are illiterate and completely usless oxygen thieves
