Broken Quest: God of Schemes

*Spoiler Alert*

After what I assume is completing the God of Schemes quest I am teleported to the Colored Rooms. Here I am supposed to interact with someone, however there is no NPC or objective icon suggesting a course of action. I am reloaded ui, exited and re-entered the game and even reinstalled the entire game on my hard drive.

I am unable to proceed with the game because this is part of the main quest and as such I am permanently stuck at VR1 and can't go to the VR zones.

I have contacted support repeatedly as this problem has persisted for nearly a week. I even was able to speak with a customer service representative at one point but they said they would have someone get in contact with me but that hasn't happened.

I have since sent multiple emails and requested a phone call (sometimes ESO says the wait is only 5 minutes) but they never contact me.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any idea how I can get through to them?

Well, the same thing just happened to me. I killed Molag Bal, got sent to the colored rooms, and the quest "god of schemes" decided to restart instead of move on to the end.

having the same problem sitting in front of a non interactive boss that i just killed. Relogging does nothing, /stuck does nothing, and running game fix tool on the launcher does... you guessed it! Nothing.
