Massive Error with reflection setting "high"

Hi,
excuse my englisch.
Tested on two PCs:
If i switch "reflection"-setting to "high" the game sometimes crashs with "The Elder Scrolls Online has quit unexpectedly"-message. if not, there are massive graphic glitches and im not able to move. I think this happens after the latest patch.
