Gold Sellers and Bots

Are there any plans to remove the gold sellers and spammers from our game? Its getting near epidemic levels now in the start zones! Also we now have the same oddly named characters teleporting from resource nodes to resource nodes farming and then I presume seller resources to fuel their industry!
