Bangkorai quest line abruptly ends?

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before. Right after completing Evermore, a strange crow flies down to taunt you, and according to Dulfy.net, this particular crow is meant to give me a quest, which I assume continues the story. However, in my game it doesn't provide any such quest.
I did end do the quest Beyond the Call before I finished Evermore, so maybe the quest from the crow is meant to send me there? I just want to be sure I'm not missing out on something here.
