"If By Sea" Quest Bug.

So, I died on the last stage of "If By Sea" (Where you have to kill the General), some *** took the last hit and I didn't get any loot, so I abandoned the quests. Problem is, now I can't pick it up anymore, which would mean that my character is forever stuck on Bal Foyen.
Does anyone know where I can get the quest again?
