Whats the deal with the bot farmers in public dungeons?

Decided to play my low lvl guy last night and was very surprised to see a group of bots just farming bosses in every low lvl dungeon I visited for shards. Hope this will be addressed soon.

I would strongly recommend reporting them. It'll hasten their removal from the game.
