So, today marks the second week my partner has been unable to log in and play due to that "You have not authorized this computer" crap.
The email never sends, he never gets a code. We think this is because it is an aol account? It lets him in very very very sporadically. Once it let him in an hour later another time it took two days. This is straight up *** to not be able to play a game he bought and subscribed to. Can he even get credit for all these days he's been paying for but unable to play?
He can't change his email because he needs to talk directly to CS in order to change it. (in the case it's because of using an aol email account)
Asked for a callback three times. Only got the first one and that was conveniently when the game had happened to let him in a few minutes before bedtime. At which point the CSR chuckled out a "Oh, so the problem is resolved then! Great!" and hung up the phone.
The other two times there has been no callback. None. And no solution as to when he'll be able to even play.
He's talking about asking for a full refund because he's been unable to play since the beta ended. Which makes the whole reason I'm playing kinda null and void, so grats on successfully suckering two players out of a full imperial edition+sub?
