Question about reporting gold spam

Now I report Gold Spam in Zone chat and that is easy to attach a screenshot of, I report spam Mail, and Spam guild invites too but the report window covers the mail window or Notification window.

My Question then is the name of the acount/player who sent the message part of the report?

    Yes, if you use the report key, I think it is "F1". Yes, the name should be included.
    What is written above are my honest opinions. If you agree then; "Great!" If you disagree; "Great!" I really couldn't care less either way.

    I right click on the sender's name in most cases

    If you are using report player then yes it does. The players name should be above the description box in the report.

    I would like to know if we should keep reporting and attaching pictures? There are new gold sellers and bots each time I play. I have been reporting each and every time I have played up to several times.

    I have no problem doing it as I want to get these people out of the game. But is it helping? Are we contributing or are we not so much?

    Would be nice with some information regarding this.
