last time I tried to run this instance it was bugged to where the guy wouldnt give me the quest

apprently this quest is still bugged [snip] zenimax. It has been bugged for the past 3 weeks and nothing has been done to fix this??? are you serious? wth are you doing with your time?

I tried but it wouldn't let me click submit. Guess that's bugged too what a surprise. Also I shouldn't have to report it tons of people have been reporting it for the past 3 weeks0 -
this game is definitely not going to make it and lose tons of customers. 6 of my good buddies already decided to call it quits0
