Since the 8th April i have been unable to log into the game, i get that annoying pop up your computer is not authorized check email.... i have NEVER received any email codes, i have sent multiple support tickets and still nothing.
I have received general crap replies from support blaming my system and email account and cookies and well everything but the game its self.
I have 2 phone lines with different internet providers in my house, one for my wife and i and the other for the kids. i have tried to log onto my account from both lines still locked and no access code, i have tried to log on from my wife's computer, she has full access but has that bank bug which we wont talk about, the pop up appears instantly, i have tried to use my kids laptops on the different ISP and still pop up and no emails. i have had my wife use my PC and log onto her account, she was locked instantly then the email code arrived shortly after and she can play, both our email accounts end in outlook and she received the access codes, i receive everything else form eso, the forum badges, support emails even customer surveys, but no access code emails.
I have had very little feed back from support, not even we are aware of this issue and trying to fix it, nada and well tbh Ive had enough.
So i want to cancel my sub and maybe come back if they fix these issues, not just account, but bank, hacking, bugs, ya know they endless list of stuff that needs fixing, also some proper interaction from the devs would be nice also.
But heres my other issue i cant log into my account to cancel my sub, my computer not authorized, actually none of the 6 computers i have tried to access the website on are authorized and no email code sent. How the **** am i supposed to alter my game account in any way if i cant not gain access to it? i have voiced this in support tickets and received not a single reply! I work full time so i don't really have the time to spend hours on the phone to receive no help, my wife has tried but as she is not the account holder they wont deal with her. I cant even just cancel the direct debit as its was done visa, i could i guess spend hours on the phone to my bank to try force a stop on any transaction taken by eso but sometimes that can also involve a fee to block transaction which i shouldn't have to pay.
Overall i am not happy with the service i have received, i cant really criticize the game as i have not had much time to play before my account was locked. And as i cant get any help unlocking it seems pointless to continue with this.
Sorry ive kinda ranted a bit here but im just so frustrated i dont know what to do anymore and the option to just cancel is not something i can do either! so im stuck!
This really is *** poor management and im really disappointed that we are all still expected to just put up with this as its a newly launched mmo, even though there are a lot out there to learn from their mistakes to make sure it doesn't happen here it has.
*sighs* bleh just kinda sums it up for me at this stage, i just want to be able to cancel my sub and move onto something else
