Yes, I have read this.

You said you made your first strike. It was 6 days ago. So there's my simple question : when are you going to make your second strike ? Please answer, thanks in advance.

The point of ban waves is to not let the botters know when they're coming or how the security changes will be implemented. You don't need to know in advance, and it completely defeats the purpose of a ban wave.

I thought a ban wave means "We already identified the accounts using bots/cheats/whatever and are banning them right now".

I don't want to know how or when they identified those accounts (and I don't care). I just want to know when they will push the ban button.

But I see your point. So I guess we'll stay in the dark.
