Too many tickets, delayed response?

Has anyone got this message in game when opening a ticket? I only report gold spam and haven't had an open ticket since the Ghosts of Westtry quest (week ago?).

I got a message from saying I'd get a delayed response because I have too many tickets. I guess I shouldn't report bots?

The ticket was in reference to Lesser Circle. Can I get an official response on what is going on with this, rather than player speculation?( about the Lesser Circle boss)

    If you're willing to accept a little player speculation... I've read that CS is getting testy with people filing a second ticket on a specific problem... so it's entirely possible that the CS reps have instituted some kind of throttling for people who file too many. But, I haven't seen anything official, obviously.

    Yup I get them whenever I open a new ticket for a new problem .. it's laughable because it's ZOS' own fault as they've failed to deal with my first bank gold loss I reported two weeks ago.

    I'm opening tickets now with no expectation of getting an answer, I did so recently reporting Storm on the Horizon bugged which is when I got my latest threat about ZOS delaying a response because I had the nerve to open another ticket fort another problem.

    I've had some mixed customer service as of late. At first, for me it was fast and they helped but now it's as if they are just turning on the bots and customer service is non existent.

    Also, I'm not even getting a ticket number in my email? Is this normal? I used to get one within an hour or so of submitting the problem.

    I have sent in 4 tickets, 2 were for gold seller accounts. All tickets have been responded to within like 10 mins and they were not canned responses.

    Curious are you doing it in game? are you using the website? EU/NA?

    It's been two days since I put in the in game ticket with no response. Put in a ticket via the web interface, got a response a few hours later.
