Main quest - Not showing up

I've just completed a part of the main quest ( last night actually- Ebonheart Pact ) and everyone has told me the next part will appear at level 35. I've had no prompt or quest given to me, and I am now level 39, I've tried relogging and entering and leaving cities and numerous areas, including the harbourage where none of the NPC's will give a quest. Is there anything I can do to make this quest appear, or am I stuck for yet another week?

completed main story in coldharbour.. didn't get credit.. soul magic is still rank 5 instead of 6.. main story is nowhere to be seen on quest log.. Thus progression stopped.. Talked to GMRaven.. Said a fix is in the works.. number 1 priority.. but couldn't tell me when.. I said you got a week. So who knows brother.. All i can say is i've noticed bug after bug.. frustrating but luv the franchise so i continue.. now this.. Can't do anything but run around and talk to people cause i'm vet rank 1.. can't get to vet areas or do anything.. at least you can still level i guess.. I dunno.. fix this soon is all i can say, and don't let this happen again.. linking progression to main story is so stupid..

Is it possible that the people you've talked to are wrong and you need to be level 40 for the next part?

I did check, it definitely is meant for 35, as this area would be under-leveled for me at 40, where the quest is located.
