Here is a fix that has proven to improve gameplay significantly, by reducing load screen times and lag in Cyrodiil.

But I'll have a look at the video. Ah the Windows Firewall issue. This is only an issue for people who have little to no understanding of computers and the software that is running.
This will indeed be helpful for those users!
