@OP: 'Fraid I have no idea what this is caused by it's been reported by many as the "red box" you may find some information be Searching for that. It's likely a client side problem, ie. something wrong with your installation which the 'repair' tool can fix or else an internet problem where some information went missing.

I've seen no ZOS comment in this round here.

Sometimes player may see "Missing" boxes around the game when certain things haven't loaded properly. We're working to find them, however if you're seeing a burdensome number of these boxes, it may help to repair ESO using the launcher, or to reduce your graphics settings.
