Every time I try to log in, I stare at a login thing spinning for 5 minutes then get told I've timed out.

This is proooobably a well known and likely universal problem I assume, just wondering if anyone knows how I might fix it?

I'm not sure - I'm able to log in fine. What version does your game say when you launch? It should say 1.0.0.968197

uninstall and reinstall has been reported to fix it. I unsinstalled and am now in the lengthy process of reinstalling at 15% after 2 hours.
