Launcher problems

I did a re-install of my ESO launcher because it would not repair. Now it seems to get itself stuck in an endless download/install/repair loop.

Any way to stop that? I spent more time "checking download" today than being able to actually play.

I believe that YOU have to delete version files in order to get back up. There is a posting in the knowledge base on the help page that people have been referencing that should help. Look up information on the 209 error.
