World Items dont load fast enough
As a result, I fall through buildings, stairs....The world.
I have to wait like 2 minutes before the bank vault guy appears on my screen.
I have a Geforce 770 2g. it should handle this.....but it does not. when I turn the graphics down, things load faster....

Are you using an SSD for your game drive? You can have the most powerful card in the world, but the assets still need to be read off the hard drive first. I used to have this problem til I replaced my applications drive with a hefty SSD.
My guess is that there's not enough or too many threads for asset reading (zeni's fault), or you're also running something else off that same drive which is slowing the whole process down (your fault).Edited by Sil_Foundation on April 16, 2014 4:35AM0 -

1) Having the game on a slow hard drive, thus making it take too long to load the assets.
2) Latency to the server (even if it's loaded, the server still has to tell the client "these objects/people are here).0
