I understood when I was unable to complete quests during the early access period. I am a very industrious player and I found work arounds for every obstacles you saw fit to put in my path. I was alright with all the downtime while I had taken a weeks vacation to enjoy said early access period. I was okay with coming home last night from work to find that the game was coming down in 30 minutes. "Oh well its only four hours, I'll live" I thought. It was fine when you decided to say "oops well its taking a little longer than expected, maybe sometime by tonight (in the US)" I laughed to myself and went to sleep.
I was even still in an accepting mood when I woke up today and attempted to download the patch which you had the game down for a *** age to apply, only to find an error that my version was not correct. Cool, Ive managed thus far, I'll work with you on this mate. Then after trying the suggested work around...the mammoth client I have installed on my harddrive vanished.
I have been one of this games biggest supporters. I go to bat for you on a daily bases with my friends and colleagues, and tell them how awesome your game is. I defend you on forums that will not be named because I actually believe in your product. But honestly. are you deliberately trying to make it as hard as possible for even the most staunchest of allies to continue siding with you? I'll go with you a long way, but sooner or later you're gonna have to give something back. You can start by fixing your god damned infantile launcher. Thank you kindly.
