No my issue has not been resolved. I understand a team is working on my issue and understand others are experiencing the same.

I lost 10k on my character I would like it restored.
Here are my tickets.

140413-126028 - phone call
sumbitted about 2-3 tickets that never got answered.
140413-121343 - phone call

The fact of the matter is 10k isn't really worth that much to me, it's knowing that the customer service values me enough to ensure my satisfaction even though the game is buggy.

But customer service is not doing that. I work customer service and I understand it's not the agents themselves, it's the system they are working in.

World of Warcraft Cx Service, even during the early days, was able to reply to me and resolve my issue within 3 hours without me having to leave the game. And if I did log out, I'd get contacted when I logged back in.

With Elder Scrolls Online, I submit a ticket, wait for a couple hours for an email out of game, only to get an seemingly automated response that DOESN'T SOLVE *** AND IT SAYS SOLVED AT THE BOTTOM OF EVERY *** TICKET! *** YOUR ***!!!
Then I submit a ticket via the website and wait a few hours for a call that doesn't give me a clear answer when all I'm asking is, "will I get my gold back?" only to usher me along.

This is by far, one of the worst customer service set ups I've ever seen. Honestly are they even able to actually DO anything? Or are they just a beating bag for upset customers?

I will not pay for a game where all my progress gained could be lost at any moment, and the companies resolution for this is to twiddle their thumbs and let my lost stuff be lost.

Love this game. *** you guys for ruining what was an awesome experience.
