I agree to sell something to someone through COD, I sent it and waited for a good 30 mins before I asked him if he had go it, I got a message back saying player could not be found. Ironically enough I seen the guy I sent the COD to at the bank but could not interact with him, I assume he was a troll that wanted to tie up my goods.
My question is how long does it take to get a COD back if the person doesn't pay or return it? Or is there even a system like that?
