If you're timing out etc... instead of using any shortcut to load the patcher, go directly to the zenimax folder and click the launcher .exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher

Whenever I run the launcher and hit play the game version 1.0.0.(XXXX) No 1.0.3 about it. I've done EVERYTHING everyone has suggested. Up to and including uninstalling and reinstalling the entire friggin game.0 -
