Just got home from work, so sorry if I've missed a discussion on it...but what is this "game consultant" I'm having to run after installing my update? My computer ran the game just fine before, but, after the patch, I got an error message saying that the launcher was "unable to detect the current version" and that I needed to either run the game consultant, AND (not "or") contact customer support. The game consultant ran and did nothing, it seems.

I was all set to try these horribly complex directions, but then found that simply shutting my launcher once and reopening it FIXED THE PROBLEM for me.
