Almost everything's gone

So after having about 7 hours of perfect game-play with an imperial I decided to try another character. After Making said character and experiencing some lag I decided to take a break to let my computer cool-down. The game crashed when I tried to exit so I filled out the report. After that whenever I load into the game I can sort-of play with hardly no lag at all except that almost everything is invisible to me as you can see in the screenshot. I've already tried playing with the graphics settings and tried running the launcher repair but neither of those helped. This is also happening to all my characters making it virtually impossible to really play the game. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas other than re-installing the whole game I'd be more than happy to hear them.

This bug has been around at least since last Friday.

Does anyone know a fix to this? I tried re-installing but still had no luck.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing but this didn't really change anything. Any other possibilities?

Nope that's how it looks, working as intended..... the cool thing about this game is you can see your weapon in first person

Actually I can't even do that. Anything that gets too close to the camera view will vanish. So in first person, I see no weapons and any enemies that get near me disappear as well.
