Many threads about low FPS with people who have 600 and 700 series GFX cards and Zenimax hasn't even acknowledged there is a problem with game optimisation. My GPU, at most, is at 55% usage, I barely get 30-37 FPS with my OC 760. There are people with TITAN cards who only get 45-55 FPS.
For reference, I had a steady 30-35 FPS with my HD 6870 1GB.
Such sad. Such low FPS. Many worries. No responses.
