I love that you patch the game and all, and fix the stuff that needs to be fixed. However I fear it every time you do. This is the the SECOND time i got error 209 that ended up with me having to uninstall all 30G worth of memory and spend about 3-4 hours of installing.
Now my question is, is it something my computer is doing wrong or is this your guys' doing and is there any way to prevent it? Are you guys even trying to correct it? OR is this a lets slip this under the rug thing? I need some help and wish you guys would address issues like these even if they only affect a small portion of your community, but thats generally the idea behind customer service. So any help?
