Seriously though, if I get another canned response from support telling me to do /stuck, and /camp, I'm not going to re-sub.

I clearly stated that I could run through wall/barriers, and they give me a canned response about falling through sky?

I have the same problem since updating. Walk through all walls and buildings and can not get into any.

Try pressing L and joining a Cyrodiil campaign?

Ok, so I ran a repair through the launcher, and that solved the issue. @af7883b16_ESO‌ you might want to try the same.
