First i would like to say that i like the game if it's WORKING.

Which it isnt, actually its pretty much ****. 50% of the time i cannot load the PVP map. Then when it actually loads it crashes after max 15 mins. The forum is loaded with people who have the same problems.

Then i e-mailed you about my explorer's items which i still havent received. (1 week ago)

The last time i got a reply on my e-mails is 4 days ago. This is totally unacceptable. I request my money back for this non functioning product.

    Yes, i even got a message from elderr scrolls that i have succesfully activated the explorer's pack. But no items. I e-mailed support about this. But did not get an answer for 5 days now. How do i get my money back?

    Goto support on the web page and request a refund. I'm currently waiting for mine

    I also send them an e-mail. I bought the game on g2a.com and they refuse to give me a refund because they say we only sell u a key, if you can download it is all fine at our side. So i won't buy at their shop again i gues.

    Well, this thread is gonna get closed... I tried to explain to the last green name that these refund threads will keep coming up...

    In most any part of the US, you have to make a "good faith" effort to resolve the dispute with the merchant. What this means will vary from state to state. Research "DA faq consumer rights" (your state) and your district attourney might have a helpful posting.

    Open a CS ticket and wait your five days to get a comprehensible response that addresses your problem. It seems we're not allowed to talk about refunds here. The system worked for me, but it took about five days to talk to someone worth talking to.
    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    However ESO tells me i should contact g2a.com.......

    And g2a.com tells me i should contact ESO for a refund......................

    I can only conclude that the support of both companies is really ***? Just throw the problems over the fence and let someone else deal with it?
