Cusual PvE Player looking for a guild Ebonheart

I'm not a hardcore player I casually play. My family is priority. Current'y I have a level 16 High Elf Sorcerer in Ebonheart. Name is Vergez. I am usually on after 4pm EST.

With that said I am looking for:

-A casual guild that won't mind if I'm not leveling my character extremely fast.
-A friendly guild that says hi, doesn't have any bs going on. And helps one another.
-A guild that primarily focuses on PvE. I don't really enjoy PvP.
-A guild that has a fair number of players, a bank and shop, so that I can put items into the bank and take out if need be.
-A guild that does crafting. I like a mix of both, crafting and questing. Currently I'm at tier 2 cloth(flax), wood(oak), and enchant.
-A guild that has a good name - nothing stupid, or nothing related to other material, such as Game of Thrones, or others. I dislike it when people and guilds are named after such as it shows a lack of creativity or seriousness.
- Lastly I like to role-play a bit. I don't care if you don't much but expect me to somewhat in group, or maybe chat.

I put in app in for a guild that seemed to fit these criteria (The Last) but it's been a while and I haven't even received any word. So I am looking at other options.

Hi, we don't have a guild store yet as we need more members, but we are focused on crafting, lvling, and end game pve, but real life comes first. Helping Newbies is something with have always done at lest within reason. We do try to fun Dungeons as a guild. The guild Name is Sinister Syndicate, were a over 18 guild, NO BS guild, as long as members respect our own members we don't really care what you do.
