Router/ Firewall Port information?

I haven't been able to find anywhere which ports are used by ESO to be able to open them in my Router/Firewall settings to speed up communications. Anyone know?

It looks as though the ports to be forwarded may be,
TCP/UDP 24100 - 24131 and 24500 - 24507
