Still dont have my stuff back!!

Still dont have my gold and inventory stuff back. Or my bank stuff . Even tho Customer support kept telling me tuesdays patch would fix it and i would have my items back. Okay maybe its only 30 something k and a few hundred green/blue craft items but it took me a very long time to get all that. I took a week off to celebrate the launch and play alot. And first i tought i got hacked evetho they had all this security in place. But then they assured me it was a common bug even tho i lost all gold on all my characters and almost all my items. also half of my bank was gone and i still had my 110 slots they were just half empty.

Then they told me they were working on it, then they were gonna patch it.
And now I log back on and its still not fixed. What the hell is going on ffs. Just give us our stuff back already, it's not fun to play like this anymore.

I don't know my ticketnumber blabla but im sure u can see my account and check what happened on sunday..

The updated on the forums said it wouldn't make today's patch but they might take servers down again this week to put the patch out ASAP.

The 'missing stuff' fix is scheduled for later this week, as I understand it. Next maint window is Friday. Support will need to restore your items,

This may result in a second maintenance this week and when we do push the fix, it will not be retroactive. Know that we want to make this right for all impacted—we’re still exploring options to help those who have stored items/gold, and bank slots go missing.

Sound like they are fixing the issue that cause the problem but still wouldn't restore lost items and gold. With how many people are effected by this bug and having to go through everyone account to see what items were lost and not move or sold. They aren't going to restore people items for a very long time. I can't wait for the server to come back up and people realize they don't have there items back.

@Grimth It's going to be a fun day in these forums that's for sure!
Honestly I am man enough to suck it up with what I lost, more than anything I just want to be able to use the slots without risking the loss of everything in them again.

The forums are going to be entertaining all week over this. If the do bring to server back down later this week over the issue. People still aren't going to have their stuff back.

I'm not mocking those that have lost items. I lost all my gold because I kept it in the bank and bunch of items. I don't trust using the bank anymore so I quit playing the game and canceled my sub. If the fix this issue in a timely manner I will resub but since we haven't seen a fix yet and they don't have a clue on how they are going to restore lost items for all those effected. I'll just wait for the game to go F2P and come back then. I'm not happy with game at this current state of the game; its not worth it to me to keep a sub with them. I'm sure they will fix the issue. The question is how fast they do.

I was just stating what CS mailed me, thats the problem one person says this one says that. And like i said its not just Bankitems that are missing im missing all my gold i had on me and the stuff from my inventory. And the is not mentioned in their so called "bank bug" fix
