Seriously? New patch without fixing the quest in Eastmarsh everyone has been complaining about? 
He still wont spawn, yes I have reloaded UI, relogged, started the quest all over again etc etc. Still nothing.. When I recently tried to do it still about 20 people waiting same spot.
