Bug in Reapers March / S'ren-ja village

It is not ignored and they know about it. I have said it before I have talked to a CSR and they know and he has passed it on to the higher ups.

Not until someone official states that here, I will continue to look at my now 4 closed/market solved tickets with responses like "do /camp, /reloadui" and be completely disappointing at their lack of response/knowledge of their own game.

When I sent in my ticket about it, I requested a level 2 CSR and said I have already done everything that had been suggested in the forums. It took 2 days by they got back to me.

They have to figure out a way to unmark it as completed as that is what is happening with it. Cause when they look into your character it is shown as done when it is not.

I see that you are experiencing issues with the "Small Town Problems." I am sorry that you are getting this issue with your quest, I know it can be frustrating not being able to continue your quest line. When looking over your character Lady Kallielynn Weisbrod it seems as if the quest " Small Town Problems" is currently showing up as a completed quest. So I was just trying to see if your are still having a problem with this quest or has the bug been fixed. If you could email us back so that we can further assist you it would be highly appreciated.

I see that you are trying to get us to reset the quest "Small town Problems." The only way we would be able to reset or abandon a quest is if that quest is in your current quest log. Unfortunately with the quest "Small Town Problems" currently showing up as completed for you there is no way for me to reset the quest. I am very sorry that we are unable to reset this quest for you. Thank you for your patience on this matter and for supporting The Elder Scrolls Online. By the way congratulations on reaching level 47 and continue the grind to level 50 and beyond.

Again I am sorry that you are experiencing these issues with the quest. Right now what I am going to have to do is get this over to our High Elf Council to see what further can be done to see if they can find a way to restore the quest. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience through this. If you have any other issues please feel free to email us back so that we can further assist you.

same problems, i'm on 50/51 quests, send a couple mails but always get a copy paste answer. if it is not fixed in next patch i think i'm going to hack zenimax to fix this damn bug.

I actually got somewhere with them! I got a representative that is facing the SAME problems as the rest of us. I am only pasting the final reply from them after I confirmed that I have done everything but try someone sharing the quest with me.

In that case, unfortunately there isn't much more to do. You will have to bear with us while we work on this.

On a personal note, I must admit, I'm also waiting for this because I do too have the same issue with Reaper's March, and I'm also waiting for an upcoming patch. I know how this can be frustrating however I must say that we appreciate your patience as our mages and sages and millions of minions work their magic to have it solved as soon as possible.

Hopefully, one of these days we'll both come across each other in Tamriel and this bug will be solved. And I'll be that guy dancing in the fair plains of Tamriel! (You know the dance command, right? type "/dance" in the chat window, if you don't know. But I'm sure you do!)

I just got a response saying that they are aware. There is a fix in the works and should be rolled out in an upcoming patch.

From the 1.1.2 patch notes:

Haunting of Kalari: You can now talk to Milk Eyes to start another quest after finishing Haunting of Kalari.

Can't check this myself as the EU server is not patched yet. Anyone on NA can confirm it's working?

It is now completable for me! yay!

However, it appears that achievement tracking is badly broken so, I did not get credit for completing all the quests in the zone, and in fact my UI says that these are the only 3 quests I have ever completed in the zone.....

Seriously ZOS, have you heard of testing or QA????

I can confirm it's working now. I could do 3 more quests (4 in total) and complete the POI.

However, the patch reset my quest achievement for Reaper's March to 0/45, so I'm now at 3/45. So, still no 'Hero' title. LOL!

So that's cool... the quest gets fixed but not just Reaper's March, but ALL the zones lose their quest amounts T.T

I loved the area , hating how bugged the quests are. Yes , I said that in the plural sense. Tried everything from abandoning , deleting the saved file etc. Kalari flat out doesn't show. This is after the bugged Follow the Path whatever where you must protect the Green Lady and some other gal from mobs that never show up. That one is after yet another quest to talk to someone outside of Moonwherever that is never there... I mean I understand there will be glitches. I really do. After looking at some of online instead of adding to the infinite tickets that already exist for many quests in Reapers , some of these go way back on pc. I'm on Ps4 in AD. How can one place have many of the exact same bugs in the same area across multi platforms?
