Alterrr here!
First of all id like to just point out that i'm in no way using macros to spam or make multiple attack macros or anything of the sort that would genuinely effect gameplay.
I'm currently using a Corsair K95 Keyboard with 18 Bindable "G" Keys or Macro Keys.
There are a bunch of other variants and other brand keyboards with these keys so this should apply to those also.
As per the image below, my preferred key layout on my keyboard i have Bound my G1-6 Keys as the 5 main attacks and Ultimate respectively. This is not an issue as key press delays are not particularly relevant with attacking (holding a button isnt required).
My movement keys on the other hand are an issue.
The "AA" and "DD" keys are not an issue so long as the bound speed is faster than the in-game setting which thankfully works great and is accurate.

My big question/issue here is what is the default delay press time, or an accurate delay time for the movement WASD to be bound to G8, G10, G11, G12?
I have tried setting it fractionally higher than the set double tap speed, i've tried disabling the double tap and having it set at a much faster press rate (.050 seconds, .025) and even well over the double tap speed.
This is bustin' my balls guys, any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
I'm unsure if this is just an issue with my corsair software or setup but it seems to work fine in other games and all software/firmware is up to date.
TL;DR - What is the default delay in seconds for holding down a key in ESO?
Cheers,
Alterrr.
