I tried using you in game support but appears it is broken right now. I am trying to report a player for hacking. I saw him teleport between farming nodes ( ore, jute, etc) His Character name was Seoppt, not sure of his account name. I stood in the same area for about 5 mins and he reappeared and did it all over again. I assume he is a farming bot but unsure how he is hacking the game to do this.

yeah, when trying to use ingame support, it lacks a submit button, you cannot access the ticket submission window by going through the help icon (I had to use right-click Report Player) and it has a line saying "closing this window will close your ticket".0

Sfrichck✭Also are people in other shards able to grab nodes in your shard to make them disappear in your shard? If not then the said hacker is now invisible too.0
