If you'd like to help speed up the solution, we would love some help collecting information to fix this problem!
The first step we'd like you to try is a soft reset.
Please log out of the game, close the launcher, and wait for at least 15 minutes.
Then log back in and check your skill points again.
If they still are missing, please log out and repair the launcher. You can find the repair option under "Game Options." Once the repair has finished, log back in and see if your skills are working.
If for some reason your skill points are still missing, please let ME know.
