Exactly what the title says. Yes, the world of warcraft is stale and crummy, but at least I get customer service when something goes wrong. I've been trying all day to get some answers about what's going on with my game, and why it won't play. All I've received is a half-crap email about how they're attempting to resolve the issue and to just hang in there. ha.
If you pay a monthly subscription you should get customer service. You should have access to live chat, or a phone number that actually works. I've read about people going over a week without any sort of answers or help. I know this is a launch of a new game, but this isn't Bethesda's first rodeo. Why are we paying for a monthly sub if we don't even get some sort of customer service?

I'ts a game that did have beta state a long long time, and the servers has gone down plenty of times. All the bugs should be first prio. The game is so broken, its worse than the beta.
