this is in response to me not being able to log on last MONDAY because a version difference between my client and the server, and issue that despite many posts Zenimax never addressed and users on the forums found a fix.
this response TOOK 1 WEEK and says my issue is solved even though it gives ZERO information on how to fic my problem, all it does is acknowledge that they received my email. no real support related to my problem was given. this makes the 3RD ticket ive submitted since launch that was marked as "solved" with zero help on the issue at hand in the email i received. and they say you can replay to the email if your issue remains unsolved and i have and they do not respond.

I would like to apologize for any of the inconveniences you have experienced thus far within the game. The Login error typically occurs when a User's current version of the game isn't in sync with the Live version of the Game which requires a user to patch.
