The Undending Loading Screen

I am continually encountering load times that have me staring at a loading screen for 15 minutes or more, several times a day. This event is being experienced by every member of my Guild (150+) So it is not a local or player issue. This is a problem on the Zenimax side and needs to be addressed ASAP! I am spending more time trying to get into areas to play the game, instead of actually playing.
P.S. There are so many bugs, glitches, and SO MUCH LAG in the PVP Campaigns, it has hindered game functionality and caused more then 15 of my friends to opt out of renewing their subs. Your losing customers because corporate forced the game release too early, obviously your "mega" servers cant handle the stress of a half full PVP campaign, BAD FORM ZENIMAX!

Couldn't even use the search tool, eh? Lol, regardless, its a known issue, and ZOS is working on it. Whether or not we will get a fix anytime soon is up in the air.
Bugs and these types of things especially at a new MMO launch don't go away at the click of a mouse. New MMO, new company, new bugs, newer problems, more problems, and repeatable bugs/problems.
It's just how MMO launches go unfortunately.

I'm no stranger to MMO's, this is not my first rodeo. But PVP Campaign functionality is so broken that over half of my Guild cant even get into the Campaign to participate in Guild Events. Potential Long Term Customers are being lost left and right because of this issue, they should not have released the game if it wasn't ready. Zenimax pushed Beth Heads for an early release, and its caused a huge exodus of customers that would otherwise be renewing their subscriptions. Its sad, I have been an ES fan since the release of Arena in 94', and these issues are essentially ruining the experience for thousands upon thousands of players and fans.
