Gathering Bots

I have seen a lot of bots just running and gathering ore and jute flowers around Dhalmora Wayshrine in Bal Foyen map. The players move in a straight line over and over, gathering materials and never stopping (clearly using some kind of macro or bot software) If you want to investigate this i recommend that you check what's going on in Bal Foyen. I don't know if this is allowed or not, i just want to report it here.

The issues about bots in the game is widely known and sadly widespread over Tamriel -- the most effective thing you can do is to individually report each bot as this then flags them with ZoS who are then able to directly deal with the account handling the bot in a more timely fashion. The frustrating part about such reporting though, is that at times it can feel like you are spending more time ingame reporting bots than simply enjoying the game...oh and the copious amount of email you will receive after multiple reportings.

At least you can see those bots. Sounds a lot less annoying than the tunneling mole kind that teleport from node to node while under the ground.

I really hope they perma-ban these bot accounts. I'll keep reporting them if i find any more. It just gets on my nerves to see so many people exploit this awesome game...things like this killed Lineage 2 and are killing Aion. At the end there were more bots than there were players sadly. And nobody wanted to party anymore cause they already had a healer bot and a tank bot in their party that followed them and did everything automatically.

I reported a whole bunch of the invisible ones over the weekend. If you're close to a node, you can see the player name and prompt for the "F" key for a few seconds while they harvest the node, even if the bot itself is completely invisible.

I take a quick screenshot and then report them in-game.

Stone falls region, between Othrenis Wayshrine and Fort Arand... lots of Jute bots... and some are on spots where the Jute respawns instantly (that also needs fixed)...
