yesterday I was playing placidly when I crash to the desktop, when I try to relog I cant, after several tries I checked the account on the web

and I see that misterious message:

You has been suspended from the site


what it means?

why I had been suspended?

when Im positivley sure of any wrongdoings



So I had open a ticket in support under the "I would like to appeal a suspension/ban"

without any previous notification or email telling me of what I had been "accused"


140413-008791

After 30 hours I still had no answer


So can someone explain me whats going on?

    OP: Now that you've posted your incident number you can @namehere to peg some of the more active mods on the forum to see if they can look into it for you.

    Maybe someone reported you for something and the autobanbots took out their little ban hammers.

    Long ticket respond times is pretty common place right now (very few are getting same day response and personally, it took about 4-6 days for anything to come of my issues).

    As Hyperventalite suggested, you need to follow up actively. Not your fault, but the in the case of ZOS, it seems that the squeaky wheel is the one that gets the oil. Either tap some Mods here, or call and get your issue elevated to a specialist.

    On why you got banned: No clue, but were you using mods? Some mods are flagging the auto ban hammer. I know one mod that guild leaders were using to send mass emails to members that triggered the gold seller flag/ban. Make sure you find out during your ticket issue why you got banned so you can avoid it (dont forget to ask why!).

    Yes anything can happened, but I dont known because I am in the limbo without any clue

    I dont think it will be an issue with a mod, I only use the tactical combat mod

    is different suspension than a ban?
    if is a temporaly suspension, for what time 3 days, 1 week, eleven years...
    and why the suspension
    and why I had not receive any kind of notification about it

    Oh just a mistake I misread something, I believe that I had not write that phrase in full and only had put the number of the ticket

    Foundry tactical combat mod, it just changes the bars and show the damage done

    I am assuming that the OP is referring to the addon "Foundry Tactical Combat" which can be found on the Tamriel Foundry website or ESOUI website (ESO User Interface(s)).

    Customer Service has turned on the bots and it's pretty much non existent at this point.

    I was reading the experiences of other people with suspensions

    and people receiving a kick in game they got a previous message on screen and a email after the fact

    and Im start to thinking how it is possible that I had been suspended just in the between 30-50 seconds from my crash to the desktop to the try to login again

    can it happen that way? well the possibility is open, but then why not email message

    it is possible that my ctd wake up some automatic bugged response from his suspension system?

    It cannot happen that way. They give you more than a minute to respond and can tell if you are not connected.

    They message you and then wait. Its longer than 30 seconds. All you can do is open a ticket and wait. What I dont get is how are people still able to post here after being banned? No offense heh.

    @Tenret‌, I've found telephone support more responsive and able to act. Don't wait for a response, set up a callback, which opens a new ticket. Waiting a few hours for a phone call is better than several days of nothing.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌, was @Tenret suspended with no email? Have you seen this? His ticket 140413-008791, no response in 4 days. Can you help expedite this? It doesn't seem right, on the face of it, though it's not clear what the facts are, given the language issues. Thanks!

    I have a barbarous country Russian first conduct an investigation and then apply the punishment. I got a permanent ban for suspicion of selling gold. I have never passed this game gold.

    jamesharv is something of a forum troll, only posting to disagree and negatively interact with people. Just ignore him and you'll be better of.

    People who got potentially unwarranted bans should be dealt with before people who need items replaced or have opened up redundant bug ticket #9734. If you consider those the same level of severity, I sincerely question your rationality.

    The same thing happened to me about half an hour ago. I was just playing by myself in the woods outside Daggerfall, and suddenly my game crashed to the character select screen. I logged back in that time. Then my game crashed again to the "quit" screen, where you have to log in again. When I tried to log in, I was told that my information was incorrect. When I tried to connect with customer support using my userid, I was told that I am "suspended from the site."

    I don't know what's going on. I logged in here with my email address, but it looks like somebody at ESO has really screwed things up. There was no reason at all for suspending my account. I observed all the Terms of Service. I never violated the Code of Conduct, which I actually did read. My behavior in the game was flawless.

    I paid for the game, and time is going by when I could be playing, and before long I'll have to pay money to continue.
