So I had requested an
@handle name change in the first week of release (yes, I know they are busy). I got several replies, the last one practically promised that my account name would be changed. I gave them all the info they asked for, was patient and polite.
And then nothing. No replies or anything... then I got a customer survey.
AND THEN I sent in a support ticket because the game ate one those costumes on two different characters. I never even heard back from them about it.
When I reported that their website was not allowing me to setup a subscription and told them if they wanted access to my bank account they needed to fix the issue. That got resolved in a matter of a day I think it was.
