Xbox One Beta Signup

Hello,
I had participated in the Beta on the PC; but due to many of my real life friends buying the console version, I ended up pre-purchasing the version for the Xbox One. However, it was stated that in order to get invited to the XB1 beta that you needed to have sent in a separate beta request.
Currently the beta sign-up page "www.elderscrollsonline.com/en/beta" is down and I am worried I will be unable to sign up for the beta on the system that I currently purchased. I know that if you participated in the PC beta you have received the dog pet, and I would like the chance to earn that on the platform I am playing.
TL;DR: I want to participate in the XB1 beta, but the signup page is down. Help please!
